Medicare or Medicaid insurance plans
Orders may process in as few as seven days due to additional documentation required. Order status, communication preferences, documentation needs, and target ship date are available through Diabetes.shop.
If you are placing an order for a product not covered by insurance, you may pay for those items directly, and your order should arrive within 3-5 business days once payment has been collected. Certain products such as belt clips or pump cases do not require a prescription, however other insulin delivery devices will need a valid prescription on file before shipping. All orders will be shipped UPS 3-Day delivery unless requested otherwise. Expedited 2-Day, Overnight, and Saturday deliveries are available to most customers for an extra charge.
