Learn how to create an account
Steps for setting up your account
Step 1: Go to carelink.minimed.com and click Create account.
If you are using a mobile device, you may see this screen first. Scroll down and click Continue to proceed. You can also check the Don’t ask me again box to skip this screen in the future.
Step 2: Complete initial setup.
Select your country and preferred language before tapping on Next.
Next, select Patient or Legal Guardian on the Account Type Selection screen. Tap Next to continue.
Step 3: Enter profile details.
Select your Account Type from the drop-down then enter your personal information.
Next, confirm the terms of use and tap Next.
Step 4: Enter additional profile details.
Fill out the optional profile information, then tap Next.
Step 5: Create your username and password.
Choose a username and password that meet the provided criteria then tap Submit.
Step 6: Verify your account.
You will be sent a code to your registered email address. Enter it in the VERIFICATION CODE text box.
If no code arrived after 5 min, tap on Didn’t get verification code? to check your email address or send a new code.
You may also be required to complete a reCAPTCHA test when confirming the I'm not a robot checkbox.
Once you have created an account, return to the homepage at carelink.minimed.com and log in using the username and password you set to begin using CareLink™ Personal.
